Founded in 1840, H. LUN has long been a benchmark for quality wines in Alto Adige. From the start, founder Alois H. Lun bottled only the best vineyard parcels under his own name—an uncommon move that set a high standard still upheld today. Now part of Cantina Girlan, H. LUN remains independently managed, with winemaker Gerhard Kofler guiding production. His focus on site expression and varietal clarity shines in every bottle.

We focus on the 1840 line: crisp, vibrant wines made from carefully selected grapes and vinified in stainless steel or concrete for freshness and purity. Expect expressive examples of Lagrein, Schiava, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, and Gewürztraminer. These are wines made for drinking—bright, honest, and perfect for by-the-glass lists or the table.
